User Story
As a community member I want a way to save community content so that I can come back to it as often as I need.

The Problem
Spiceworks users had few options as it pertained to saving out useful topics or answers from the community. While they could save information to a 3rd party product such as Evernote or create a bookmark to the page from their browser within the community itself their only option was to subscribe to content. Subscribed, in relation to topics and blogs, are displayed in a section of the user profile while all other subscriptions appear under a different section buried in the user's account settings. In addition, users are not given options to control subscription emails they are only given the option to subscribe and receive emails or unsubscribe from the content.

The Solution
We designed and created a set of favoriting and organizing features that we dubbed Collections. This feature not only allowed users to collect topics and blogs within the site through an integrated "Collect" button but users could also add 3rd party URLs to their collections through the Spiceworks Chrome extension or by copying and pasting the URL on the Collections page. Users were also given the ability to organize these links into separate folders so they could group related content.
